🥳 AI terms secured in video game firms
Video Game Performers Win AI Protections
Video game actors just scored a big win. You know how AI can replicate voices and movements? Well, they weren’t having it.
So they went on strike, and now 80 video game companies have agreed to protect their rights. No more AI taking their likeness without permission!
Here’s the scoop:
These actors didn’t want their work being used by AI without getting paid.
Now, 80 games have agreed to fair terms, which means performers stay in control.
Even indie developers are on board, so smaller games can work with union talent too.
It’s a big deal for these actors—they fought for their rights and won. AI’s not gonna steal their jobs anytime soon!

🥳 Update: GOOGLE “ASK PHOTOS“ iS LIVE
So, Google just dropped this cool new feature called "Ask Photos." Basically, it lets you ask AI to find specific pics in your gallery. You could say something like, “What did we eat last time at that sushi place?” and boom it finds the photos for you.
Here’s the rundown:
It’s powered by their Gemini AI, which means it really understands your photos.
You can ask for stuff like, “Show me the best pics from my last camping trip,” and it’ll sort it out.
Right now, it’s only for a few U.S. users, but it’ll roll out wider soon.
Why this matters:
It’s a total game changer for sorting through all your memories. Finally, no more scrolling forever to find that one pic.
